Poppy is one of the two toons you can choose to start with at the beginning of the game. She doesn't quite fit into being a distractor or an extractor, having 3 star stats, but she can do both at some degree.

Poppy's Ability

Her ability allows her to outrun any Twisted after getting hit, which is good for new players who find themselves getting hurt frequently. However, you should never trigger this ability on purpose, as the speed boost is not worth it for losing a heart.
